A very good cupcake book, the recipes are extremely reliable and instructions concise.
Aside from the pure deliciousness of EVERY recipe, you''ll get light and fluffy cupcakes every time.
It contains a picture of most recipes, and we know that drooling through a recipe book is what inspires one into the kitchen half the time.
If you are not vegan, the rice and soy milk used can be replaced with cows milk without affecting the rise of the cupcake.
It is, of course, completely egg free!!
I used to make muffins till I discovered this book on the shelves of my local library.
It''s really time I purchased a copy, as I have it out on a rotating loan (the library holds two copies, so I make sure that one is in before I return my current copy, and check out the second one straight away!)
As I have a lot of vegetarian friends I would love to buy 10 copies of this book and give it as a birthday gift every time i''m hunting desperately for a present.

I love this book! so many wonderful ideas for cupcakes!!!
My favourite recipe is the plain chocolate cake at the front and I like to have it with the coconut/pecan topping beautiful!

I was given this as a Christmas gift (oh ok, I hinted very heavily that I wanted it!). Gorgeous presentation, lovely photography and easy to follow, delicious recipes!

This book is a sassy little baking book for any person who loves to fiddle in the kitchen and make glorious cupcakes. I have bought copies as gifts as well, and the recipients have been very happy.
