Review	This is a great book. I made the spinach and tofu ricotta triangles and served them at a party to a bunch of SAD eaters who never guessed that it wasn''t feta!

Review	I love this cookbook, I regularly make the Chickpea Brocolli Casserole as an easy, delicious meal, and the Lemon Gem Cupcakes have been a hit with everyone I''ve cooked them for. Not to forget the Chocolate Rum Pudding Cake.. so many great recipes!

Review	The choc chip cookies in this book are to die for. Really, really yummy. Other favourites are the Morroccan Vegetable Tagine, the carrot cake.. and of course, the cupcakes. Great book full of excellent ideas and "knock ''em out" recipes.

Review	I have a number of favourites in this one. Millet and Spinach Polenta is amazing, delicious waffles, the cookies are drool worthy as are the cupcakes and there''s a crepe recipe to die for! I can''t wait for her next book to come out!

Review	The Ginger-Macadamia-Coconut-Carrot cake IS wonderful and has been branded by my workmates (not vegans) as the "World''s Best Cake!" The Best Pumpkin Muffins really are. Everybody loves the recipes from this book, and I love the fact that she opens one section with the sentence "I''m a chubby girl," and then explains how to lower the fat content in the cake sections while keeping them tasty! :) A great book, can''t wait for her to bring out more.
