Stir-fry with veggies and tofu

| Ingredients
|
500grams of Tofu
1 cup of flour
3 cups of canola oil
Sesame oil
1 chili
1/2 brown onion
1/2-1 clove of garlic
1/2 head of broccoli
1/2 capsicum
8 button mushrooms
3 small carrots
A handful of nuts
(If you want as a vegan dish use Agave, Golden syrup or rice syrup)

| Instructions
|
Cut the tofu into small squares, lay on paper towels to absorb moisture
Cut all the veggies into sizes you prefer
Put the fry pan on with the 3 cups of oil
Dip the tofu pieces in the flour, once the oil is hot put the tofu into the fry pan and
fry until golden then place the tofu on a plate with paper towels
Remove the oil and add a dash of sesame oil
Add the onion and garlic, then when browned add the
Finally add all the veggies
If you like them crunchy only cook for 1-2 minutes
Add the tofu, stir through
Add the nuts
Add a few table spoons of soy sauce and 2 tbs' of honey
Serve either with rice or mix pre-soaked noodles through at the end
